In 2021, One Electric Day sees Jimmy Barnes, The Living End, The Black Sorrows, Jon Stevens, Killing Heidi and Chocolate Starfish take to the stage. Barnes headlined the festival’s inaugural event in 2013, and has gone on to be a strong supporter of One Electric Day in ensuing years.

The Living End are undisputed luminaries of Australian music, with seven studio albums to their name, two of which debuted at #1 on the ARIA charts. The band’s debut self-titled album, released in 1998, is no doubt one of the most iconic Australian albums of all time.

The remaining acts need no introduction themselves, each bringing their own esteem to the event. For festival organiser Duane McDonald, One Electric Day’s return is a momentous occasion for the festival’s fans and the music industry more broadly.

“Audiences have always been so supportive of One Electric Day. It has become a really special event where we see many fans return year after year, it is like catching up with friends and family,” he said in a press statement.

“After the curveball that COVID-19 threw at us, we are looking forward to catching up with those friends and family this year for a very overdue celebration of great Australian music. One Electric Day 2021 will create some great memories for us all.”

One Electric Day goes down on Sunday November 21. Tickets go on sale from 10am, Friday May 21 through Ticketmaster.
