This time around, the performance ventures beyond 007 territory into the wider universe of secret agent soundtracks. Produced by Melbourne’s own spaghetti western outfit The Counterfeit, the band brings both the sonic firepower and the visual flair to match the larger-than-life music. For your ears only, the show promises an immersive trip through the glamour, intrigue and danger of spy cinema.
With limited tickets available, this is shaping up to be another hot night in Fitzroy. The Night Cat’s signature stage in the round provides the perfect setting for this kind of theatrical performance, giving the audience a view to a thrill with the full ensemble in action.
The venue has been a Fitzroy institution since 1994, hosting everything from international headliners to late-night weekend sessions and their long-running Domingo Latino Sundays. For this one-off show, expect the band to bring all the drama and sophistication these iconic soundtracks demand. Live and let dance.
