New York stand-up comedian Gianmarco Soresi is heading to Australia next January with his Drama King Tour.
The comedian has built a massive online following across social media platforms, racking up over a million followers on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Gianmarco Soresi is also the host of popular podcast The Downside with Gianmarco Soresi, where he dives into the less glamorous side of life with fellow comedians and guests.
His debut hour-long special Thief Of Joy hit over two million views in its first fortnight and continues to climb. The New York-based performer has appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Late Show with James Corden, showcasing his animated stage presence and sharp observational comedy to mainstream audiences.

This year saw Gianmarco Soresi sell out his international Drama King Tour across multiple countries, including a completely sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August. He’s earned spots on prestigious lists from Variety, Vulture and Deadline, performed at Just For Laughs Montreal, and won two crowd work episodes of Dropout: Game Changer.
The comedian combines upbeat energy with darker comedic moments, creating a stage presence that’s earned attention from major outlets including NPR, Esquire, The Atlantic and Billboard. His crowd work videos have become particularly popular online, showcasing his quick wit and ability to riff with audience members.
