Owned by former carpenter Dylan Breen, the fit out is primarily made with his own hands – crafting an industrial setting that lends itself to the exposed brick walls. Menu wise, Mr Wednesday is plating up creations including an avocado smash with chevre and lemon myrtle, vanilla chai porridge with caramelised nut crumble and fresh cream, alongside a breakfast burger featuring fried egg, bacon, tomato jam and a fried potato cake.
