The Mork Chocolate Brew House is serving up some of the most decadent drinks around, ranging from Breakfast Chocolate with house-made oat milk to single-origin Chocolate Soda. Located in a converted 1950s bakery warehouse, the brew house’s interior features pieces from Melbourne collaborators, including stools from Tuckbox Design and a custom steaming station by The Coffee Machinist.
Not surprisingly, one of the brew house’s early favourites is the Campfire Chocolate which has a brewing process that is an entire experience in its own. Customers lift a reversed stemless wineglass to release smoke before pouring the dark hot chocolate over the smoke and finishing it with house smoked salt. And for those traditionalists out there, have no fear, it comes with a flamed marshmallow on a stick.
