Moon Dog, one of Australia’s beloved independent breweries, has just opened its fourth and most ambitious venue, Moon Dog Doglands, at Docklands’ Marvel Stadium concourse.
Designed to be a vibrant tropical oasis, Doglands promises to enhance the game-day experience while providing a fresh hospitality option for locals and workers.

Doglands is a significant addition to the Docklands area, capable of hosting up to 1,200 guests. “We’ve all been down to a pub on Swan Street before or after a game at the ‘G but never really had that same experience around Marvel, so we’re really excited to be opening somewhere for mates to meet for a schooner and a feed!” says CEO and co-founder Joshua Uljans.
Following the success of Moon Dog OG, Moon Dog World and Moon Dog Wild West, this venue marks the brewery’s second opening of 2024, showcasing their bold and creative approach to craft brewing and dining.
At the heart of Doglands is a massive, glowing 360-degree bar, offering an extensive selection of Moon Dog’s signature beers, seltzers, wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
Guests can look forward to tropical drink specials like the Jungle Spritz — a refreshing mix of Campari, dark rum, and pineapple — and the Volcano Bowl Negroni, ensuring a taste of paradise in the bustling city.
Beyond game-day festivities, Doglands is set to become Melbourne’s premier event space, ideal for a variety of functions, from weddings to corporate gatherings. With festive season bookings already pouring in, Moon Dog is ready to make a splash as the year comes to a close.
Adding to the venue’s allure is The Jungle Room, a stylish terrace restaurant that seats 70 guests and opens directly onto the Marvel concourse. Offering lunch, dinner and drinks seven days a week, The Jungle Room will feature a Mediterranean-inspired menu, focusing on fresh, seasonally curated dishes that cater to both casual diners and those seeking a vibrant after-work hangout.
Moon Dog Doglands is part of the new HOME Docklands precinct, Australia’s leading build-to-rent community.
