Molly Mckew has been writing songs and performing gigs (guitar and vocals) around Melbourne for about five years. Now singing under her own name, she will be releasing her debut EP ‘I Couldn’t Grasp It’ and to celebrate will be launching the release at The Retreat Hotel on August 18th, joined by Ruby Jones and Rosa Mercedes. Molly performs dreamy, sadgirl indie-pop about love and losing it. She gigs around Melbourne with two harmony singers who bring a siren-esque haunting edge to her songs.
