Enjoy uninterrupted time away from your digital distractions to catch up on some reading or journaling – or just doing nothing. Followed by dedicated social time with mindful conversations, puzzles, or board games. But there’s more.

An intimate grounding breath practice followed by a guided Chinese tea ritual (茶道), and some reflections to ponder on after. Led by Gillian Ong – a psychology graduate, certified breathwork practitioner and the founder of @MadeofElsewhere. Her work centres on how breath, attention and simple sensory rituals can support everyday regulation and clarity.
