He's one of the greatest and smoothest singers of his generation and he's performing two massive shows at Rod Laver Arena due to overwhelming demand.

Multi-award-winning, multi-Platinum-selling global superstar Michael Bublé has announced new shows for his devoted audiences as part of his highly anticipated return to Australian stages in November and December 2022.

Tickets to Bublé’s Australian tour went on sale on Friday and due to huge demand, new shows have now been added in Melbourne and Brisbane. He’ll now also perform at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Thursday, December 8 and at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Sunday, December 18 2022.

Keep up with the latest music news, features, festivals, interviews and reviews here.

Bublé’s tour will kick off in Newcastle on Wednesday 30 November before touring to Perth, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on December 7 and December 8, Adelaide, Sydney and finishing up in Brisbane with two dates.

During this six-city national tour, the sensational Canadian crooner will perform selections from his hotly anticipated 11th studio album, Higher, and a selection of his original smash hits alongside his trademark innovative takes on the great classics. Perhaps  ‘Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)’ if we’re lucky. His album Higher debuted at #2 on the ARIA chart.

“I have been touring Australia for 20 years now and the fact that you all keep turning up to my shows makes me feel like the luckiest man alive,” Michael Bublé says.

“I absolutely adore performing live, being on stage is complete and utter enjoyment for me. It’s a great pleasure and honour for me to be able to show up and be made feel so welcome.”

Last time Bublé graced our shores was back in 2020 – for the Australian leg of his hugely successful, sold-out ‘An Evening With Michael Bublé’ tour – he jumped at the chance to throw his support behind Australia’s bushfire appeal with a live cross, from one of his Melbourne shows to the Fire Fight Australia bushfire benefit concert in Sydney.

Australia has embraced this universally loved Canadian artist right from the get-go, with his 2003 self-titled debut album topping the ARIA Albums Chart. Bublé has since gone on to celebrate 4 more chart-topping albums in this country – 2013’s ‘To Be Loved’, 2011’s iconic ‘Christmas’, 2009’s ‘Crazy Love’ and 2007’s ‘Call Me Irresponsible’ – as well as 3 records that peaked at #2. Throughout the course of his extraordinary career, Bublé has sold over 75 million albums.

His 11th album ‘Higher’ contains more self-penned original Bublé songs plus reinvigorated standards including a duet with Willie Nelson (‘Crazy’), Bob Dylan’s ‘Make You Feel My Love’ and the Sam Cooke classic ‘Bring It On Home To Me’.

As for his performance, Bublé is charismatic beyond belief and his between-song banter, often categorised by open-hearted goofiness, never disappoints.

What a man, what a talent. This is not to be missed. You’ll leave ‘Feeling Good’ and that’s a promise.
