Melbourne’s music festival for doggos returns for 2017

dogapalooza.jpeg

A celebration of humanity’s greatest pals, Dogapalooza 2017 will become even bigger and better, with more shade umbrellas, increased production and more dog washing stations (provided by Blue Wheelers). Amongst the Spring sunshine in the surrounds of Richmond’s Burnley Park, you and your doggo get to make best buddies a thousand other wonderful canines, to a soundtrack of Melbourne’s finest artists.

You’ll get top notch ethical food offerings (including Dogapalooza’s own in-house pie stall, trekked all the way from Bondi), Rice & Dice, Waffle and Shake, the Moon Dog Brewery Bar and the dog-loving stalls of our beneficiary rescue groups and bespoke vendors (including Pethaus).

Having sold out the last two years in a row, all proceeds raised from the event go towards not-for-profit Oscar’s Law and Melbourne dog rescue groups Stafford Rescue Victoria, Greyhound Rescue Victoria, Melbourne Animal Rescue and Puppy Tails Rescue. Official limited edition merchandise is also available on site, and you’ll be able to enter the inaugural Dogapalooza Awards with categories including “Best Inner-City Hipster” and “Quiet Achiever”. Sounds like a heckin’ good time.
