Written by award-winning British playwright Simon Stephens, the satire follows the life of a rock star who is struggling to keep it together despite being surrounded by all of the luxuries in the world. This winter’s season will mark the Australian premiere of Birdland, which has been praised as one of the most exciting new plays to come out of London in the past year.
