Pizzaly serves authentic Italian wood fired pizzas alongside homemade desserts. Expect to find world-class iterations of the classics on their menu including napoletana, prosciutto e funghi and a rustic calzone. So basically, don’t expect to find any pineapple or egg toppings heading into their oven.
The award-winning pizza itself is a simple margherita. Head chef Silvio Serpa flew the ingredients over from Melbourne to Italy to compete in this year’s World Pizza Championships, winning the saucy glory with local ingredients.
