The festival will feature stalls and food trucks from some of Melbourne’s finest barbecue cooks, including Smokin’ Barrys, Silver Creek Smokers, Bluebonnet Barbecue, Red Gum BBQ, Burn City Smokers, Hoy Pinoy and Zapata’s Kitchen. The festival will also feature cooking demonstrations and entertainment as well as the inaugural Melbourne Barbecue Festival Cook-Off – sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society.
