Meditations for Relaxation

Life can be hectic and overwhelming and it’s easy to be “on” all the time without ever taking a day to rest and recharge.

This one-day urban retreat is the perfect opportunity to take a break and enjoy a day of inner peace, rest and reflection.

The retreat will include guided meditations on the breath, together with special visualisations and mantras that lead us to the deep relaxation of inner stillness. All levels of meditator, including beginners, are welcome.
