The ever-popular Aussie singer-songwriter will perform at Live At The Gardens on Saturday, November 16.
Earlier this week, the team behind A Day On The Green announced a brand-new event series taking place in the picturesque Royal Botanic Gardens. Now, they’ve dropped their first headliner: the one and only Matt Corby.
He’s set to perform on Saturday, November 16 with support from the indie rock trio Middle Kids.

A two-time ARIA Award winner and a national treasure, Matt Corby will be bringing his positive energy and soothing voice to the garden stage. Renowned for his like Resolution, Talk It Out and Miracle Love, the NSW artist rose to fame with the release of his breakout 2011 album Into The Flame.
His most recent release, Everything’s Fine, was nominated for the ARIA’s Album Of The Year.
Middle Kids will be warming up the stage for the day, bringing their effervescent pop tunes and incredible showmanship. Their third and most recent album, Faith Crisis Pt 1, received acclaim from critics and fans alike.
Taking place over two weekends in November 2024, Live At The Gardens will transform the Observatory Precinct, giving punters the chance to experience stunning talent in the lush, serene environment of the garden.
Following its debut in November, the series is set to return in March 2025 and has plans to become a recurring event on the Melbourne festival calendar.
With a central location and room for 5000 guests, the Botanic Gardens makes for the perfect location for this exciting new event. With more artists expected to be announced soon, we’ll be keeping an eye on this one.
