The newly-opened Mason Dixon is serving up authentic American sandwiches in Collins St: think Reuben’s, Cubanos, pulled pork rolls, pastrami sandwiches and hoagies, along with some sweet treats like a chocolate and peanut butter pie. Owner Garrett Huston, was born in Boston and grew up in Georgia, sources grass fed beef, free range pork and turkey, freshly baked bread and local produce.
