The MSO is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and promotional campaigns across a wide range of classical and mainstream concerts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will execute strategies to expand the MSO’s reach and appeal, and develop new and existing audiences. 

We are looking for someone with creativity and discipline who ideally has experience in live entertainment. The role will achieve ambitious sales objectives and work broadly across the marketing mix to secure ROI, brand awareness and, ultimately, be part of the repositioning of this world-renowned brand. 

The successful applicant will be a qualified Marketing professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a hands-on marketing role is essential. Knowledge of the arts will be advantageous.

Key selection criteria:
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing commercially- focused campaigns that capture the public’s imagination
• Demonstrated knowledge of working across the media mix. 
• Experience in developing marketing segmentation models and tailoring targeted campaigns
• Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous projects
