Goulburn born singer-songwriter/producer Mark Churchill performs his debut album ‘Sinister Inhibitor’ with his band at the Merri Creek Tavern in Northcote.

“Sinister Inhibitor was made completely using outboard gear and real hardware, predominantly from the 70’s and 80’s.
The album features a lot more electronic elements, which I combined with the organic classical guitar driven singer-songwriter production style from my past work.
While making it I often felt a feeling of icy cold cosmic alienation from the eerie sounds of the early digital synths, which reminded me of how it felt to inhabit the worlds and liminal spaces of low poly video games of the mid to late 90’s…”
