Singer-songwriter Lynny M is a rising talent in the folk and roots genre. Based in Warrnambool/Maar, Lynny M found her voice as a part of the local music community – taking part in grassroots choirs and penning a song to perform at one of this year’s Reconciliation Week events.
Through her involvement managing Warrnambool’s Loft Live Music venue for three years along with work at the Port Fairy Festival, Lynny M has fostered a deep affinity with creative regional communities. Having gigged around various parts of the Victorian coast, Lynny M has opened for Daniel Champagne, taken part in Melbourne’s Resonate Festival and tested out her tunes with Open Mic audiences.
Not only known for her signature green flourishes of fashion, Lynny M has also been recognised with a Warrnambool City Council Australia Day Award and a Rotary Community Peace Award. She returns to perform in Melbourne this July.
