Bodriggy Brewpub presents LUNAVERSE this August. An entire weekend dedicated to the dissolving the lines between sound, space, craft and taste.
The moon to summer’s Electric KoolAid Festival , Lunaverse looks to illuminate dark corners and cast new shadows with exceptional creative talent in both music and brew.
Over three days, the Bodriggy Brewpub will swell with a three day music programme and exclusive tap list and menu. Try exceptional swill, vote for your favourite via our interactive live app, catch an interstellar lineup and be present in a curated moment in time and space.
DARK AND DANK?
Simply. Delicious froff. Or beers that lend themselves to:
Dark – Can be roasted, bitter with high malt flavours that give them the taste of coffee or dark chocolate, warming flavours.
Dank – Beer which put the hops’ aromatics – along a spectrum of flavours described as citrus pine, potent, resinous, grassy and more – at centre-stage. It’s a beer that can be described as sticky, very pungent and of a high level.
Perfect for winter? Absolutely. Exclusive to the festival? Some of them, yes. You betcha.
THE EVENT
Kicking off Friday evening, the Brewpub will transform into a showcase of the best in dark and dank froff from local, interstate and international breweries that will last the whole weekend until drunk. Joining the fray, Anti Fade Records will be curating performances with Anti Fade live acts from 7pm.
Want to immerse yourself in craft beer? On Saturday (day) join us for an array of workshops and sensory events. These will be free but require a registration to attend. Spots are limited–stay tuned for announcements.
From 4pm Saturday, live music and electronic acts will take over the venue, including Stingrays Upstairs, through til close. (See below for lineup).
Sunday, we’re taking it easy with free entry and live music presented by Heartworn Highways.
All guests will be invited to vote for their favourite beer via our Lunaverse app. Tallies will be presented live, with the winner announced Sunday.

Free entry before specified times and otherwise $10+bf online or $12 at the door – per day. Sunday is free entry.
FRIDAY – Free entry until 6pm. Then, $10+bf online or $12 at the door.
SATURDAY – Free entry until 4pm. Then, $10+bf online or $12 at the door.
SUNDAY – Free entry all day
