According to the band, Gloamer is that time “after sunset and before dark” – “a moment of hope and want and the prospect of what’s to come.”
Written during sessions on the Victorian coast and in Bali, the album is produced by Steven Schram (San Cisco, Little Red, The Vasco Era) and Loon Lakes’ drummer Nick Nolan.
Loon Lake formed in 2010 with three brothers and two friends, and took their name from a book found in a cafe in Costa Rica. They were recently announced to play all of Big Day Out’s Australian shows.
