Job description:
– Complete all jobs within time allocated
– Present professionally in suitable shirt/tie with good impeccable hygiene standards
– Maintain Premise and manage fittings and fixtures
– Go the extra length to offer exceptional customer service and experiences
– Take initiative with promotions and marketing strategies
– Meet weekly with Company director to discuss initiatives/concepts/operations
– Manage all stock control and deal with wholesalers
– Manage all staffing and roster elements. Provide on-going staff evaluations and training
– Manage the venues cleaning, safety and security matters
– Manage the online presence and consumer databases
– Be duly responsible for the successful running of the venue with regard to staff, stock, security, maintenance, service and presentation. Director will manage entertainment calendar on discussion with Venue Operations Manager
– Hold appropriate training qualifications and licences as per industry requirement
