Yep, The Empress is harking back to some of their glory days – a time when bands including The White Stripes and an emerging Silverchair filled their venue with noise.
Taking to the stage will be local favourites East Brunswick All Girls Choir, supported by The Shabbab.
With the appointment of Venue Manager Rory Kelaart – previously of live music stalwarts The Espy, Laundry, Lounge, and more recently The Corner Hotel – the opportunity was too exciting to pass up.
Coupled with the new inclusion of a retractable roof over the Empress’s much-loved Beer Garden, everything just lined up. Naturally, craft beer is on the cards too.
