Live at The Count’s: Brett Wood

Brett Wood is an internationally-respected guitarist, singer and songwriter. Having picked up a guitar at the age of 14, Wood began his journey toward being the lead guitarist in Radiodogs, and not long after was taken under the wing of guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel, which led to tours throughout the US, Europe and Australia, and later on to Golden Guitar winning cross over country/rock acts like Carter and Carter, Mike Carr, Diana Corchra, Harper and Brendon Walmsley.

For over ten years Wood has also been the lead guitarist and creative contributor for Australian pop/rock favourite Pete Murray, and tours globally with hard rock act, Electric Mary.

After decades of working alongside many exciting projects, and returning to his blues roots inspired by childhood idols like Chet Atkins, Wood is set to release his own album later in 2023 with the first single Barely Bet By to be released in May.
