Initially open Thursdays to Saturdays, Little & Olver will be a multi-purpose bar and live music venue playing host to regular parties, local and international DJs, live bands and performances. Licensed until 5am, the bar will serve a seasonal selection of locally brewed and craft ciders on tap and in bottles, Australian wines by the glass, classic cocktails and apertifs.
As far as decor goes, Little & Olver strips back the dated decor of the former First Floor nightclub to an industry warehouse-style design including indoor and outdoor areas. While there are plans to reopen the kitchen in 2015, the venue will invite food trucks to do pop-up appearances for now.
To celebrate, they’re throwing a free opening night party on Saturday December 6 with Tornado Wallace, Waxo Paradiso’s Simon TK and more.
On New Year’s Eve, Little & Olver they will also host Warehaus’ NYE gig with legendary UK disco DJ Greg Wilson.
