Liam Gallagher let slip he’s coming to Australia

Looks like ex-Oasis legend, Liam Gallagher, is playing Falls. Because he’s one half of the music’s most jovial and sardonic brother combo, you’re not stupid for thinking it’s all a big hoo-haa.

But no it isn’t. Liam Gallagher, the mastermind who pioneered one of the greatest bands of all time, is coming to Australia to play some music. Get ready for all the hits Falls-goers – Champagne Supernova, Supersonic, Live Forever, The Masterplan and that other little track which doesn’t even need a mention.

Gallagher unveiled the news in an interview with GQ Australia, explaining, “Every time I’ve been out there, it’s been cool. And we’re coming out there, doing the Falls Festival. So, we’re gonna be there for New Year’s Eve. So I can’t wait, man – love it. It’s beautiful. I’m bringing me two boys out as well, they’re at the age now where they can come and travel.”
