Leon Bridges announces return to Australia for January 2025 tour.

Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Leon Bridges is set to return to Australia in January 2025 for his biggest headline tour to date.

Presented by Penny Drop, Chugg Entertainment, and Frontier Touring, the Texas-born singer-songwriter will perform across major Australian cities, including Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, with additional shows at some of the country’s top winery venues as part of a day on the green.

  • Sunday, 19 January – Centennial Vineyards, Bowral NSW (a day on the green)
  • Tuesday, 21 January – ICC Sydney Theatre, Sydney NSW
  • Thursday, 23 January – Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Melbourne VIC
  • Saturday, 25 January – Mt Duneed Estate, Geelong VIC (a day on the green)

This marks Bridges’ first Australian tour since 2022, showcasing his wide-ranging career, which includes multiple platinum and gold certifications, billions of streams, and a Grammy-winning discography. The tour kicks off on Friday, 17 January at Brisbane’s Riverstage and continues through to ICC Sydney Theatre and Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl, with stops at Centennial Vineyards in Bowral and Mt Duneed Estate in Geelong.

Accompanying Bridges on select dates will be Melbourne band Glass Beams, who will open in Brisbane, Bowral, and Geelong. Known for their fusion of cultures and sounds, Glass Beams have garnered international acclaim, recently completing sold-out tours in Europe and North America. Additionally, Los Bitchos will join Bridges in Sydney and Melbourne, while Maple Glider will also perform at the a day on the green events.

Tickets for the tour go on sale to the general public on Friday, 4 October at 11 am local time. A Frontier Members pre-sale begins on Wednesday, 2 October at 9 am.

Leon Bridges is renowned for his stage presence and distinctive voice, highlighted in his most recent album Leon, which releases this Friday, 4 October. The album features 13 tracks that reflect his personal journey, earning praise for its depth and storytelling.
