The Latin Spring Festival will showcase art and cuisine, cultural displays, and live music at the historic Pentridge in Coburg. The inaugural event will include Latin foods, wines and accessories presented by renowned Melbourne-based suppliers.
Latin American band Quarter Street will headline Saturday evening and get hips swinging while Cuban band Kekoson will bring their own version of the Buena Vista Social Club to the fore. Also, a range of artisan stores will exhibit colourful products from Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador and Mexico, while Melbourne-based Latin artists will display their works.
