Kylie Comes Home

Kylie announces Australian tour.

Australia’s favourite daughter, Kylie, has finally made the announcement that her Australian fans have been waiting for. Kylie’s bringing her Aphrodite-Les Folies tour home.

Said Minogue, “Finally, I’m able to confirm my tour dates for Australia! I’m bringing my Aphrodite-Les Folies Tour home in June! We started last week here in Europe and I’ve been overwhelmed by the fabulous response it’s received. I’m so very proud of the show and can’t wait to bring it to you!”

Kylie has continuously raised the benchmark with her tours & performances and once again she promises to bring home the goods. In review of this tour The Daily Star (UK) declared that Kylie has "redefined the term ‘spectacular’" while The Mirror (UK) said "Nobody was left disappointed. The set list featured both songs from the new album and classics. Vive La Kylie!"

The production apparently features over a million moving parts including 30 high impact water jets, rain curtains and fountains. The stage alone cost over $10 million. The tour will feature a incredibly unique "Splash Zone" where fans will be the centre of a 4D experience. Tix for this area include a concert backpack containing a personally signed photo of Kylie, a waterproof souvenir towel bearing the words "I was in the Splash Zone", official tour programme, exclusive tour laminate and lanyard and a special Splash Zone wristband allowing access into the area. Kylie will also be joined on stage by a huge company of dancers. She will also be joined on tour by local band, Gypsy & The Cat.
