Bendigo Autumn Music Festival has just spilt the first list of names, and it’s looking pretty bloody fantastic if we do say so ourselves. The diverse lineup will be performing across various venues in Bendigo’s art precinct, covering the area in a spectrum of sound.
Headlining the four-day festival is Kurt Vile and the Violators. Kurt Vile, the Philadelphian born singer-songwriter is touring in support of his shiny new album, Bottle It In. The album follows his collaboration with Courtney Barnett last year. Kurt Vile and the Violators will be playing the biggest stage of the festival, The Ulumbarra Theatre on Friday April 26.
Also on the line up are the post-punk Cretan folk outfit Xylouris White, UK’s desert-blues rock icon Z-Star Delta, the trumpet player meets vocalist Harry James Angus and ARIA award-winning Deborah Conway & Willy Zygier and Jeff Lang.
