Naarm-based artist, Kit Genesis is set to release their debut single ‘Pride’.
Formerly known as Tess Hannah, the artist has since embraced their trans/non-binary identity, for the birth of Kit Genesis, a revival of sound and personal evolution. Join them in celebrating the release of their new single from their forthcoming debut EP at The Tote Upstairs Friday 8th March.
Through growth and major life experiences, Kit Genesis presents their authentic self, stripping back some rock-edge and circling back to their singer/songwriter roots with a transparent and intimate sound.
Joining them on the night will be Hot Glue and Blue Nude.
Hot Glue will be performing songs soaked in gritty guitar that voice reinvention and release, Hot Glue will double the size of your heart.
Blue Nude, a band that plays across the boundaries of folk, rock, pop and jazz to create a distinctive sound. They’ll be performing with their dense with vocal harmonies, dreamy instrumentation and poignant lyrics, the band draws on their individual and shared experiences to create their music.
