Melbourne's UNCAGED festival lineup has just gotten bigger with its second announcement, featuring Killing Heidi and Tex Perkins with his Fat Rubber Band.
Boasting three stages and a very solid all Australian rock lineup, UNCAGED has continued with its its goal of bringing back the festival vibes of yesteryear.
Leading the charge at Melbourne’s Coburg Velodrome are Tex Perkins with his Fat Rubber Band (Melbourne and Sydney), who will be joined by Killing Heidi (Brisbane and Melbourne), 28 Days and emerging acts I Built The Sky, Terra and Wolf & Chain.

The iconic You Am I also join the lineup, but unfortunately only in Brisbane. With all restrictions eased and the festivals confirmed to proceed, it is all systems go for the new Aussie festival.
Festival promoter, Danny Bazzi, says: “The response to the festival has been phenomenal and we are stoked and excited to offer fans even more with some absolute icons and legends joining the line-up. This is the festival where you are guaranteed to see some of your fave bands and discover your next fave bands”.
They newly announced acts will be joined by festival headliners Wolfmother along with Magic Dirt, Kingswood, The Getaway Plan, The Superjesus, Tumbleweed, Bodyjar, End Of Fashion, The Hard Ons, The Meanies and Twelve Foot Ninja.
Ocean Sleeper, Banks Arcade, The Dead Love, Lagerstein, Caligula’s Horse, Alt., El Colosso, Circles, The Black Cardinals, Future Static, Psycroptic, These Four Walls, Dregg, Molly & The Krells, The Last Martyr, Frankies World Famous House Band Plays Sabbath, The Omnific and Dead City Ruins also fill out the bill.
