Selected as Israel’s entry for Best Foreign Language Picture at the 2013 Academy Awards, Fill the Void will illustrate the story of an 18-year-old pressured to her deceased sister’s husband.

Rock the Casbah, winner of the Art Cinema Award at the 2013 Berlin International Film Festival, will depict the story of a group of young Israeli soldiers who are assigned vigil over a refugee camp in the Gaza Strip during the peak of the intifada.

Lastly, The Last of the Unjust, will be Claude Lanzmann’s newest, and harrowing, documentary about the last president of the Jewish Council in Czechoslovakia’s Theresienstadt ghetto; he was accused of fraternizing and collaborating with the Nazis during and before the Holocaust.
