Celebrating the release of his second book – 8 Rules of Love: Hot to Find It, Keep It, and Let It Go – best-selling author, podcaster and former monk Jay Shetty is heading to Australia on his global live tour. With three dates across the country, he’s bringing his signature wisdom and meditation to Melbourne for a revelatory show on April 21

Jay Shetty released his first book – Think Like A Monk: Train Your Mind for Peace and Purpose Everyday – in 2020, drawing from the wisdom gained during his time spent as a Hindu monk. His second book, 8 Rules of Love: Hot to Find It, Keep It, and Let It Go is set to be released next month, in January 2023.
