MOULD: A Cheese Festival is returning to Melbourne in 2018 with added sessions in Sydney.
They’ve described last years crowds as “cheese-crazed” so we’re pretty sure we’ll fit in. MOULD – A Cheese Festival is running over three sessions in Melbourne and two sessions in Sydney, after a triumphant debut in 2017.
Tickets include all cheese tastings and a free glass of wine, so you can eat as much dairy goodness as you want without feeling guilting (it’s tastings after all.. right?), with some soothing alcohol to help with all that lactose digestion.
The best artisan cheesemakers in the country will be there – Bruny Island Cheese Co., Yarra Valley Dairy, Shaw River Buffalo Cheese, Grandvewe, Stone & Crowe – so you can also take your favourites home with you to show off your classy new cheese knowledge to your mates.
