Designed to celebrate and showcase multicultural Australia, the two-day carnival will feature some of the best street food from around the world, music from top-notch artists, market stalls, celebrity chefs, rides and amusements. The full program is yet to come, but some of the vendors already announced include Nazca Peruvican Cevicheria, 196 Degrees Below Nitrogen ice cream and Mama’s Gozleme.
