Two years ago DJs Same O & Fooishbar had the idea of starting a night that would not compromise on musical integrity and would constantly push interesting and experimental bass music.
Fast forward two years and Too Much! Is now one of Melbourne’s most loved underground bass music parties pushing as what they describe “Music brought to you by the future”. Having held massive parties with some of the UK’s most bright stars such as Ramadanman, Kryptic Minds, Untold, Silkie to name a few Too Much! have decided to pull out all stops and bring one of the most exciting artists from the UK, Ikonika. Her music combines melodic synth patterns, driving drums, melancholic sub bass and unorthodox song structures, simultaneously heartfelt and heavy.
Ikonika plays Too Much’s 2nd Birthday on Saturday April 23 at the Mercat Basement.
