Birthed from the decease of stoner doom band Sleep, High On Fire originate from Oakland, California, where they have crafted masterpieces of metal. Intricate, riff-dedicated and outright brutal, High On Fire have produced six albums during their 16-year-long career, including Surrounded by Thieves (2002), Death Is This Communion (2007) and De Vermis Mysteriis (2012).
