Set for release on Friday April 11, 84000 is the (now) six-piece’s follow up to their self-titled debut. Recorded at six different studios, each track began from sounds that were collaged, recorded and layered, including trombone, clarinet, strings, trumpets, saxophones, pianos, keyboards, bodies stomping and jumping.
Following recent gigs with Machine Translations and Sweet Jean, Hello Satellites will be celebrating the launch of 84000 with full band shows in Melbourne and Sydney this April and May.
