“This show represents the next evolution of how film music can be experienced live,” Zimmer said. The composer wants audiences immersed in a voyage of discovery, ditching the status quo for something fresh and exhilarating.
With his powerhouse 19-piece band and featuring the soaring vocals of Australian icon Lisa Gerrard, the production is set to transform each venue into a cinematic universe.
From Dune and Interstellar to The Dark Knight, Gladiator, and The Lion King, Zimmer’s music has soundtracked more than 500 projects grossing over $28 billion at the box office. His two Oscars, multiple Grammys and Golden Globes only scratch the surface of his cultural impact.
This will be more than your average concert. It’ll be a full sensory experience from one of film music’s true visionaries.
