Blood & Brains is the B-side to Mesa Cosa’s Stone Bone with a film clip that stitches up a slew of gory pop culture scenes.
The brain spilling video comes ahead of their sophomore LP, slated for release in early 2017. Meanwhile, the band are undertaking a relentless touring schedule, sharpening their teeth in venues around the country.
“The accompanying film clip is rated a hard G, potentially PG. Played with pulsing blood, written in our brains,” said the band. “The track is acoustic, we wrote it in a day, we recorded it on the same day, in our house. It has a sample, it’s from El Santo. The inspiration was blood, the goal was brains.”
