Guns N’ Roses are heading back to Australia with Airbourne in tow

Words by staff writer

Guns N' Roses have announced a run of Australian and New Zealand stadium shows for November and December 2026, with Airbourne as special guests.

Guns N’ Roses will return to Australia and New Zealand for their World Tour 2026 this November and December.

The band hits Marvel Stadium in Melbourne on 11 December as part of a seven-date stadium run across both countries, with Warrnambool hard rock outfit Airbourne joining as special guests for the entire stretch. General tickets for the Melbourne date go on sale 13 March at 12pm local time.

It’s a hefty tour routing that opens at Adelaide’s bp Adelaide Grand Final on 29 November before rolling through Townsville, Brisbane, Newcastle, Melbourne and Sydney, then wrapping at Auckland’s Eden Park Stadium on 17 December. The announcement follows a stacked 2025 that took the band through stadiums and arenas across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Guns N’ Roses have also released two new tracks — Nothin’ and Atlas — marking their first new material since 2023. The singles sit at opposite ends of the band’s range, with Atlas delivering urgent, driving rock and Nothin’ leaning into a more introspective, keys-forward sound.

Airbourne make for a fitting support on home turf. The band have been going since 2003, racking up over 1,100 live shows across their career and sharing stages with Iron Maiden, Motörhead and the Rolling Stones. They recently returned with new music after a six-year gap between releases.

Several presale windows open ahead of the general sale for Melbourne. Nightrain Fan Club members get first access from 6 March at 12pm, with an artist presale launching 11 March at 12pm — sign up via the Guns N’ Roses website before 8 March to access it. Mastercard holders can grab tickets from 9 March at 12pm, while Live Nation members and Westfield members each get presale access from 12 March at 12pm. General tickets then drop on 13 March at 12pm.
