Grupo Niche
They don’t come any bigger in Colombia than Grupo Niche, the legendary salsa group celebrating nearly 45 years of chart-toppers and classic hits like Cali Pachanguero and Sin Sentimientos. Despite their veteran placement in the scene, they haven’t slowed down one iota – 29 albums later, they’re selling one of the top-streamed salsa artists in the world with well over a billion streams on Spotify alone.
They’re also a widely acclaimed live act, due to their larger-than-life stage presence and an energetic catalogue seamlessly blending up-tempo and romantic tracks. These days, they’re also cultural ambassadors, representing the rich musical heritage of Colombia.
Ñejo
Equally exciting is the huge success story of Ñejo, Puerto Rico’s reggaeton superstar, boasting over 13 million followers, two billion streams and 10 number ones. Ñejo El Broco as he’s known (literally ‘the broke’, a street-wise moniker for his fans), first rose to prominence with Dalmata, forming the duo Ñejo y Dalmata.
Together, they produced hits like Esa Pelicula and Algo Musical before Ñejo broke out with an acclaimed solo career, renowned for his authentic tracks that don’t shy away from the reality of urban life in his home country.
The packed lineup will also feature highly popular acts like Pirate Ska Rebelión, La Furia and Tumbao Social, leaving no stone unturned in a nine-hour live music marathon.
