Grinspoon, You Am I, Magic Dirt and more are heading a huge ’90s rock festival

Dust off your Doc Martens.

Following a successful debut in 2019, the ultimate Aussie ’90s rock festival, Spring Loaded, will return this year.

As well as hitting Bribie Island for a second year running, Spring Loaded will also make its way to Sydney this time around.

Last year’s festival saw the likes of Spiderbait, Something For Kate and Jebediah hitting the stage, and this year’s lineup is just as tasty.

Both iterations of Spring Loaded 2020 will bring Grinspoon, You Am I, Magic Dirt, and Screamfeeder to the stage, with the rest of the lineup varying across the Sydney and Bribie Island instalments.

Where the Sydney leg will bring Custard, Frenzal Rhomb, Tumbleweed and Caligula to the stage, in Queensland, you can expect sets from the likes of Regurgitator, Shihad, The Fauves and The Meanies.

Expect naughty riffs and a whole lot of nostalgia when these shows hit.

Spring Loaded comes to The Lawn at Royal Randwick on Saturday May 9 and Sandstone Point Hotel, Bribie Island on Saturday June 20. Tickets are on sale on Monday February 24.
