Grapevine Gathering confirms dates for their 2022 season

Grapevine Gathering have today announced that the festival is coming to Rochford Wines in Victoria’s own Yarra Valley for a day festival on Saturday October 8.

A pairing of music and wine, Grapevine Gathering is coming back to Victoria this October. In 2022, the festival has announced that it’s expanding to South Australia and Queensland with five wineries confirmed to host the event. It’s hosted by The Inspired Unemployed – lovable ex-tradies turned Instagram celebrities, who will be performing changeover DJ sets throughout the day as well as various other skits and shenanigans.

Though the full line up for this year’s party is yet to be announced, past headliners have included Two Door Cinema Club, Flight Facilities, The Wombats, Tkay Maidza and The Veronicas.

Located in the Yarra Valley with a backdrop of the Great Dividing Range, Rochford Wines is the location for the Victorian leg of Grapevine Gathering. A family owned business that has been crafting wines since 2002, Rochford Wines is also known for its open air stage that has been the host to many live music events, including previous iterations of Grapevine Gathering.

The festival will be appearing at Sandalford Wines in Sawn Valley, Western Australia on October 1. It will then head to Serafino Wines in McLaren Valley, South Australia on October 2 for a Sunday day party. Appearing at Rochford Wines in the Yarra Valley, Victoria on October 8, it will then head to Roche Estate in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales on October 15. The whole festival tour will finish off at Sirromet Wines in Mount Cotton, Queensland on October 16.

The festival is run by Untitled Group, the largest independent music promoter who have bought us festivals such as Beyond the Valley, Pitch Music & Arts, Grapevine Gathering, Wildlands, For The Love, Ability Fest and more.
