The 20-seater won’t be moving anytime soon but it’ll keep vibing that street feel overlooked by a mural painted by owner Jayda Dinh’s brother-in-law John Lam. Dinh’s inspired by New York City, Roy Choi’s Kogi truck as well as local kings Beatbox and Mr Burger and that’s what the painting aims to articulate.
The simple menu which has fared so well for the food truck has been expanded to include new burgers and a tantalising chicken and waffle number coming soon. The signature tacos will return along with their very best corn tortillas.
