Hijacking the upper terraces of Birrarung Marr for their first annual Ghetto Blaster Picnic, the aforementioned crews will be joining forces to bring Melbournians within a 500-metre radius the best of reggae, UK bass and dubstep for an afternoon communal listening experience unlike anything Melbourne has seen. It seems a shame to waste summer sleeping through the afternoons in anticipation of late, sweaty nights in our clubs – why not take advantage of the season and kick back with the likes of Australian bass stalwarts Affiks and A13, Same O, Jesse I and Ras Crucial, David Bass, Naise, JPS & Nam and some surprise special guests?
