Get Ready To Airbourne

The Warnambool demons of head banging, fist slamming hard rock Airbourne are back this June for a headlining tour after smaching Big Day Out crowds across the nation.

The Airbourne brand of metallic hard rock has taken European and US audiences by storm and the boys are back to Australia after a hectic 2010 packed full of recording their latest slab of rock No Guts. No Glory. Produced by Grammy nominated producer Johnny K (Sevendust, Disturbed, Machine Head) And then taking off around the world touring it.

A small measure of their success is not only being the supporting act for Iron Maiden on their UK tour but being offered a headlining slot at the biggest heavy metal festival in the world, Wacken Open Air.

Airbourne will try their hardest to channel AC/DC this June when they kick off their Australian tour at Inferno in Traralgon, of all places, on Thursday June 2. Then they’re onto the Melbourne show at the Palace Theatre Friday June 3. Keep an eye on their website for ticketing details.
