Georgia State Line is the award-winning project of Victorian songwriter Georgia Delves, and is brought to life by her band of Australia’s finest players; Tom Brooks, Laura Baxter and Patrick Wilson. The band have cemented themselves as frontrunners of the country music genre, with their 2021 debut In Colour (Cheatin’ Hearts/Spunk! Records) earning an ARIA nomination for Best Country Album and a Music Victoria Award.
Now looking towards their highly anticipated second LP, the project continues to evolve with a slew of contemporary influences. The forthcoming show will be an exclusive first taste of new material, and a collaboration with acclaimed composer Lucy G Rash who will be writing string arrangements, and leading the ensemble alongside Chloe Sanger and cellist Nils Hobiger.
