The second instalment of the festival will feature more than 60 exhibitors with an emphasis on ‘meeting the makers’. Patrons will be able to sample local and international ciders and wines, watch live cooking demonstrations, witness fresh mozzarella stretching, and indulge in local and imported cheeses. Some of Melbourne’s most iconic food trucks will also be in attendence, including Trailer Made, White Guy Cooks Thai and Brûlée Cart.
